You will be building, adapting, and operating test setups and performing optical measurements on MEMS chips used in an ultrahigh throughput microfluidic cell sorter. The job involves designing and executing optical experiments to characterize the photonic structures and functionality of the MEMS chips. This includes troubleshooting the test setup as well as providing general support to the interdisciplinary team in a manner conducive to the company.
Further responsibilities are data analysis, documentation, communication, and presentation of the results. Furthermore, you will be able to contribute to the final system architecture with your insights and ideas.
